Wedgetail is a Shared Electronic Health Record. The aim is to meet the needs and expectations of patients requiring complex treatments, by providing a safe place where GPs, allied health professionals and other health providers can share the most up-to-date information. This minimises error and ensures safer, higher quality decision making.
